How to use

How to use

Open lid & fill tank with tap water to MAX.

Assemble the power cord and connect to wall plug.

Lather jewelry in liquid soap & drop into the tank.

Touch the ‘ON/OFF’ button to clean (an electric sound will be heard ‘zizi’) for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, the Ultrasonic Cleaner will automatically stop the cleaning process.

Unplug power cord from wall plug, take jewelry out & dry.

Empty water & wipe the tank.

How to maintain your Ultrasonic Cleaner

Do not operate the Ultrasonic Cleaner when the water is too low (fill water to MAX).

Do not operate the Ultrasonic Cleaner on an angle as the water could seep into the mechanics which will cause damage. Only operate on a flat surface.

Ensure the Ultrasonic Cleaner does not sit on a wet surface.

Do not apply solutions with a high alkaline or acid level. Simply apply liquid washing detergent.

Items that cannot be cleaned with the Ultrasonic Cleaner

Organic, porous jewelry and soft gemstones

Pieces with emeralds, turquoise, opals, lapis lazuli, malachite, tanzanite, corals, amber and pearls cannot be cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner. Likewise, gems that are coated with oil, plastic or wax should not be cleaned this way.

Scratched glasses

Glasses with scratched coatings are likely to have their coating damaged further.

Watch heads

Watch heads, even if advertised as waterproof should never be submerged in the ultrasonic cleaner. The ultrasonic vibrations can damage movement mechanisms and weaken rubber seals.

Painted items

Ultrasonic cleaners do a great job of removing paint. Unless you’re trying to remove paint, don’t clean it in the ultrasonic cleaner.

Can I use water without liquid soap

Yes. You can use the Ultrasonic Cleaner with water by itself. However, adding liquid soap or liquid detergent will intensify the cleaning experience.

Can the Ultrasonic Cleaner damage my jewelry

The Ultrasonic Cleaner will not damage any of your jewelry that can be submerged into water.

Warnings

Not to be used by anyone with a pacemaker.

Do not add combustible liquids to the cleaner.

Unplug from power source when not in use.

Do not clean any gemstone with a Moh's hardness rating less than 8.
